WP Extend Toolbar is display the following page information to the admin bar.

• content of Title tag.
• content of Description tag.
• content of Current Theme name.
• content of Current Template file name.

1. Upload WP Extend Toolbar to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. Activate the plugin
3. Page information adds to the admin bar.
