By default our browsers have scroll not smooth. It seem lag when mouse wheel. A plugin was make browser's scroll smoother.

Installation
- Upload
smooth-scrollfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
