LH Add Roles to Body Class Plugin

Adds the currently logged in users role (or roles) to the body class in both the front and back end.

Ever wanted to style your content differently depending on the role of the logged in user viewing your content?

Well now you can, simply activate the plugin and you are right to go.

Installation

  1. Upload the entire lh-add-roles-to-body-class folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
  3. That is it

FAQ

Why would I want this?

So you can add CSS selectors based on those classes to override and modify your site design.

For example a red background for an administrator

.role-administrator { background-color: red; }
