Our Contact Center webchat plugin allows you to easily add chat functionality to your website to reach more customers. Our webchat offers customizable styling and position options, after-hours messaging, the ability to collect customer information ahead of time, and options to keep your chat secure with trusted domains among other things.
Installation
- Go to the ‘Add New’ plugins page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Search for the ‘GoTo Contact Center WebChat’ plugin.
- Click ‘Install Now’ and activate the plugin.
- Select the ‘GoTo Contact Center WebChat’ page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Add the web chat integration snippet code by logging in to your GoTo Contact Center account and copying the snippet from the relevant chat queue.
- Hit ‘Save’ to save the changes.
