Installation

Important
Before installing the Gloria AI plugin, ensure that you have successfully created an account at iamgloria.com and completed the registration process for the specific website where you intend to deploy the plugin.

Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
Go to Plugins.
Click “Add New.
In the search bar, type “Gloria” or “Gloria Assistant”
Locate the plugin named “I Am Gloria” with the corresponding Gloria logo
Click “Install Now”
Once installed, click the “Activate” button

How do I activate the plugin on my WordPress website?

Login to your Gloria admin account, go to settings, and then installation, copy your account id, and paste it into the plugin settings.

Yes, you can create an account at iamgloria.com and use our free 14-day trial period.

Where can I find Gloria’s settings in my WordPress admin panel?

You can find the Gloria plugin configuration in the settings option in your WordPress admin panel.

My customers are receiving an answer message that says “Something went wrong”

This message means that there is a problem with Gloria’s internal services, such as a server error or an AI API response problem.

Why the chat bubble message of my AI assistant is empty?

Check that you have created at least one conversation starter message, that your profile info is complete and you have a business description.

The answer from my AI Assistant is not what I expected on the Q&A entry

The user did not ask a question that may match your Q&A entry, Please make some variations of the questions that may match that question, Add the answer from the session, and edit the answer.

My AI assistant is answering my clients “This tenant is not active. Please contact website owner to activate it!”

You must verify that your account has no pending payments, check if your payment method has enough funds or if your card has not expired

Check that your document, text, or website has enough information, more than 10 characters on text, 200 characters minimum on documents.
