Unzip downloaded archive and upload free-images folder under your /wp-content/plugins/ directory (resulted plugin path should be /wp-content/plugins/free-images/**);
Navigate to Dashboard > Plugins and activate the plugin.

Change image file name, image title, caption, description, etc.
