Default Post Tags Plugin

This plugin allows you to set default tags for your new blog posts. It only works on new posts, and it only works for the default blog post type (post).

New default tags are added in a comma separated list on the tag edit screen, usually located under Posts > Tags.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
3. Use the Posts->Tags screen to configure the plugin

Does this work on pages with tags enabled?

No. Not currently.

Does it work on custom post types with tags enabled?

No. Not currently.

• Breaking Change: Removed old tag insertion function.
• New tag insertion is done via a hook instead of JS
• Adds support for any new post added to the database via wp_insert_post() (most common). Front end posts should now inherit tags as well.
