Create a calendar of events to display on your site. Chamber Dashboard Events Calendar is a part of the Chamber Dashboard collection of plugins and themes designed to meet the needs of chambers of commerce.

This plugin requires that you have the Chamber Dashboard Business Directory installed.

Installation

Using The WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the \’Add New\’ in the plugins dashboard
  2. Search for \’chamber dashboard events calendar\’
  3. Click \’Install Now\’
  4. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the \’Add New\’ in the plugins dashboard
  2. Navigate to the \’Upload\’ area
  3. Select chamber-dashboard-events-calendar.zip from your computer
  4. Click \’Install Now\’
  5. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

  1. Download chamber-dashboard-events-calendar.zip
  2. Extract the chamber-dashboard-events-calendar directory to your computer
  3. Upload the chamber-dashboard-events-calendar directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  4. Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

FAQ

How do I display the events calendar on my site?

Create a page, and insert the following shortcode:
[events_calendar]

My events are not showing up. I am getting a 404 Error?

Go to Settings -> Permalinks and re-save your permalinks. That will usually solve the 404 error.

Will it work with my theme?

Probably! It is designed to work with any theme that follows basic WordPress coding practices.
