Using The WordPress Dashboard

1. Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
2. Search for ‘Blacklist Unwanted Email – Formidable Forms’
3. Click ‘Install Now’
4. Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

Uploading in WordPress Dashboard

1. Search for ‘Blacklist Unwanted Email – Formidable Forms’ and download plugin
2. Navigate to the ‘Add New’ in the plugins dashboard
3. Navigate to the ‘Upload’ area
4. Select block-email-formidable-forms.zip from your computer
5. Click ‘Install Now’
6. Activate the Blacklist Unwanted Email – Formidable Forms plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Using FTP

1. Download ‘Blacklist Unwanted Email – Formidable Forms’ plugin
2. Extract the block-email-formidable-forms zip directory to your computer
3. Upload the block-email-formidable-forms directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
4. Activate the Blacklist Unwanted Email – Formidable Forms plugin in the Plugin dashboard

Plugin Setting

1. Then move to Blacklist Unwanted Email – Formidable Forms plugin settings
2. Add the list of email field id with a comma (Like 3, 12)
3. Insert error message when user validate restrictions (This is optional otherwise will show a system error message)
4. Insert comma separated domain name list without ‘@’ which you want to restrict for submission (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com, xyz.com)
