Payment by Invoice, Twint, on Pickup for WooCommerce Plugin

Adds additional payment gateways to WooCommerce: pay by invoice or pay on account, pay by twint and payment on pickup. The plugin offers various offline payment gateways, which require manual verification of incoming payments.
